When summer seasons starts it is very important know about some tips for a care of a good health.
Drinking Water
In summer season mostly in Pakistan is very hot. It is important to stay hydrated during the summer season in Pakistan as the weather can be quite hot and humid. Drinking plenty of water and fluids such as fruit juices, coconut water, and buttermilk can help prevent dehydration. It is recommended to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day to stay hydrated.
It is very necessary to stay in Shadow area. Don\’t walk in sunny area must stay in shadow between 11 am to 4 pm. If it is compulsory to go out side then must take bottle of cold water with you.
If summer season is very hot and harm but don\’t worry it may have many special juices and fruits with it for us. Like many kinds of shakes and juices for us to drink.
Mango
Mango is a popular fruit in Pakistan we also say it Phalo Ka Badshah, especially during the summer season. It is known as the king of fruits and is loved for its sweet and juicy taste. Mangoes are a good source of vitamins A and C, and contain antioxidants that help to boost the immune system. Watermelon
